Rhapsody CrossFit is proud to follow HAM Plan programming which prioritizes how training is executed through preparation, scalability, community, consistency and coaching over one single program. Perfectly in line with our Rhapsody philosophy, HAM Plan provides specific targeting, proper dosing and premier programming gleaned from a decade of competition and coaching experience for members who are looking to increase overall fitness, willing to learn and hungry to improve.
Founded by coaches, five-time CrossFit Games competitors and swolemates, Spencer Hendel and Austin Malleolo, HAM Plan is on a mission to create the best breed of athlete possible while having plenty of fun along the way. In 2018, James Hobart, a legend in the CrossFit community joined Team HAM bringing his experience as a two-time podium finisher in the North East Regional, Affiliate Cup Champion and a former member of CrossFit Mayhem Freedom, the 2015 + 2016 CrossFit Games team champions, to the squad. If all that doesn’t say CrossFit dream team, we don’t know what does.
Rhapsody coaches are also big fans of CrossFit Strongman which incorporates odd objects to build additional, functional strength outside of a traditional barbell. Long short, don’t be surprised to see a sandbag or keg in your workout, and trust us when we say, you haven’t lived until you’ve flipped a tire.
