CROSSFIT

Offering 7 classes a day, group classes create a unique environment to illicit the best performance out of all of us. Using gymnastics, weightlifting, aerobic training and hands-on coaching, members will learn proper mechanics, maintaining consistency and how to add the ingredient of intensity where adaptation occurs. A group also allows for a team dynamic, accountability and a little competition to take your workouts to the next level.

SWEAT

Sweat is an endurance class that includes all of your favorite movements from CrossFit minus the barbell. No prior fitness experience is required for this high energy and fun workout. Come ready to sweat!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Offered by all of our trainers on staff, private personal training takes the hands-on coaching of our group classes and puts it on your schedule. Diving into training, diet, recovery and quality of life, members will have the ability to have one-on-one sessions to achieve the goals they want on a schedule that meets their needs.

Saturdays are hot at Rhapsody! Surprise workout each week for the whole Rhapsody community.

Offered 6 days a week to all Rhapsody members, Open Gym is your time to work on a skill or do a workout. A coach is on-site during Open Gym to ensure the safety of everyone.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Building on our one-on-one coaching, sport specific training dives into creating a focused program to make you a better athlete in your chosen sport. From strength biased training for a linebacker getting ready for the season to a long-distance runner wanting to improve their aerobic capacity and endurance, we are able to help you get there.

ADAPTIVE TRAINING

With members our approach to their health and fitness is personal. With adaptive athletes that is no different. Coming from all backgrounds, adaptive training gives athletes the knowledge of how to adjust in order to achieve the same results.

Corporate Wellness is for the local business looking to provide their employees with a health and fitness option. We offer special group sessions to encourage team building and strengthen relationships. Because CrossFit movements are scalable for all levels, everyone can participate.

VISITING CHARLESTON

Are you in town for business or vacation? We love drop-ins from CrossFit affiliates around the world. Register and reserve your class by using the link below. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class to get familiar with the gym and meet our coaches.

$20 Single Class
$80 1 Week Unlimited Classes

The free class option is not available for out-of-town visitors.
Must belong to another affiliate for CrossFit classes. No experience required for Sweat classes.
